Aitken Property Consultancy caters for all customers but specialises in property inspection reports to assist the legal profession where they identify unauthorised or uncertified building operations.  Our service is available for both residential and commercial properties within mainland Scotland.  We aim to inspect all properties within 7 working days of receiving your instruction.  An expedited service may be available for an extra charge (PREMIUM SERVICE). Our firm is founded by Colin D Aitken FRICS, who is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  He previously served on the management board of the Building Control Forum in Scotland for 25 years and he is a former chairman of this organisation.
